Welcome to Filminz. By accessing or using our IPTV subscription service at https://filminz.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

Filminz provides a subscription-based IPTV streaming service delivering live television channels, video-on-demand content, and EPG data via the IBO Player application on a single authorised device per subscription.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
You must be at least 18 years of age in Australia.

3. Subscription Plans & Payment

All prices are in AUD. Subscriptions activate immediately. We do not store card details. No auto-renewal.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final once activated. Exceptions: verified outages exceeding 72 hours (pro-rata credit) or confirmed duplicate charges (full refund). Requests within 7 days to [email protected].

5. Acceptable Use

Personal, non-commercial viewing only. Do not share, resell, redistribute credentials, broadcast or re-stream content, circumvent access controls, use automated tools, or violate Australian law. Violations result in termination without refund.

6. Device Limitation

One (1) device at a time via IBO Player exclusively.

7. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime. Temporary unavailability may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure.

8. Intellectual Property

All content belongs to their respective owners. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license for personal viewing only.

9. Privacy

Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations without notice or refund.

11. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

12. Limitation of Liability

TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
